BOOKING POLICY 2022
Recuperating losses – While as a business (all references to business within the policy relate to The Epicurean Massage Therapy) we appreciate that there are many things that can get in the way of life, unfortunately business costs do not stop. Therefore, we have a booking policy in place. The money taken is to cover business costs/ Loss of earnings incurred during vacant booking slots.
Booking Fee
All Clients are required to pay a 50% non-refundable booking fee to secure any appointment (1st Jan 2022). This will then be deducted from the price of your treatment on the day of attendance. If you are booking with a voucher 50% of your prepayment will go towards your booking and act in lieu by being deducted from the original purchase value.
Booking Fees are non-refundable. However, they can be rolled over to secure a future booking for up to 3 months / 1 further booking if more than 48hrs notice is provided (less if the appointment can be filled). After which time the booking fee will go to the business to cover losses.
How Our Booking Deposits Work
You will be messaged with a secure online link to pay your non-refundable booking fee. Once payment is received your booking will be secured. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure they attend a booking.
CANCELLATION POLICY
How Our Booking Cancellation Policy Works
- More than 48hrs notice – An appointment can be made and rolled over for a future booking for up to 3 months / 1 further booking from the original booking date after which time the deposit will go to the company to cover losses and a new deposit will be required for future bookings.
- 48 hrs or less notice - If the appointment can be filled deposits will act as above. If the appointment cannot be filled full payment for the treatment will be required. A secure link for the remaining 50% will be provided and a new booking cannot be made until this payment is received. A further 50% non-refundable booking fee will be required for any scheduled future booking.
- No Shows - The booking fee will go to the business to cover losses. A secure link for the remaining 50% will be provided and a new booking cannot be made until this payment is received. A further 50% non-refundable booking fee will be required for any scheduled future booking.
Additional Points;
- If you do not show for an appointment, you may be required to pay for your next appointment in full in advance. This payment will be non-refundable.
- It is at the managements discretion to request payment in advance from customers who repeatedly cancel appointments or for slots that are at peak times (7-9am & 5-9pm)
Management reserves the right to waiver this policy.
VOUCHER POLICY
All vouchers are valid for 6 months from date of purchase unless agreed prior.
- Vouchers are non-refundable.
- Vouchers can be extended if you cannot attend within the 6-month period due to medical diagnosis. Proof of medical condition may be requested.
- Voucher value will be used in lieu of cash deposits.
All customers will be asked to;
Arrive at their appointment time
Attend appointments alone
- Although we are leaving extra time between clients for additional cleaning and to avoid foot traffic, we will not always be able to accommodate if you are running late for your appointment. If you do not feel you will be able to make your appointment on time please call ahead.
- Sanitise their hands upon arrival
- Sanitiser will be provided
- Not attend an appointment if they are display any symptoms of Covid 19 or feeling generally unwell
Masks
- All client should attend their appointments in a mask if they wish to do so
What we will do;
- Leave longer between appointment
- This will allow us to avoid client cross over and ensure all areas can be sanitized
- Change towels between each client
- These will also be laundered between use and once per week in a service wash as per guidelines
